By accessing or using TixOne, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Early access
Joining the early-access list expresses interest and does not guarantee admission, launch timing, availability, earnings or access to every feature. You must provide accurate information and may unsubscribe from communications.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity. You may not misuse TixOne, interfere with the service, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, manipulate referrals or commissions, or attempt unauthorized access.
Events, tickets and promotions
Organizers are responsible for their events, descriptions, prices, fulfillment, cancellations and legal compliance. Promoters must describe events honestly and use their assigned links appropriately. Commission eligibility, timing, reversals and payout conditions are shown in the applicable campaign and may depend on verified completed sales and refund status.
Payments and refunds
Where payment features are available, provider terms may also apply. Fees, refund rules and payout conditions will be disclosed before a transaction. TixOne may reverse commissions connected to refunded, disputed, fraudulent or ineligible sales.
Intellectual property
TixOne and its service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Event owners retain rights in content they submit and grant TixOne the permissions needed to display and operate it.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Early-access features may be incomplete or change before general release.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. TixOne does not guarantee event attendance, promoter earnings, uninterrupted access or a particular business result.
